my everyday essentials to keep my skin looking good
starting with a face full of makeup and germs from a long day
step one: micellar water
Removes most of my makeup and dirt, leaving my skin refreshed, cleansed, and hydrated.
step 2: remove makeup & cleanse
The Shiseido Cleansing Oil is my holy grail makeup remover and I cannot go a night without using it. Oils sound scary but this is the one product I trust to get all my makeup off without leaving any greasy residue. Then the Neutrogena Grapefruit Cleanser wraps up my cleansing.
step 3: toner mist
I’ve used the Aveda Toner since Middle School now and never go a day without it. Just spray all over the face and lightly pat into the skin.
step 4: moisturize
The Nature Republic Aloe Vera Toner has a gel like consistency that is perfect for cooling and has all the benefits of aloe vera.
step 5: moisturize
I’ve loved and used the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream for several years and although I still love it, I wanted to try something new. The IT Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream is absolutely amazing and I am insanely loving it. It keeps my skin hydrated and oil free.
now the skin is clean and ready for a good night sleep
The skin, especially the face, is delicate and needs the perfect products to maintain its health and radiance. I know choosing a moisturizer can be difficult so lucky for us, Reviews.com provides a full guide for the best face moisturizers out there. Their team consulted dermatologists, cosmetic chemists, and aestheticians to find out the perfect formulas for moisturizers and then tested on women ages 20-50 and compiled the best out of the best. Check out the list here. The Fresh Black Tea Age Delay Cream, Sunday Riley Bionic Anti Aging Cream, and the Murad Hydro Dynamic Ultimate Moisture are products I have heard about before and are ones I mean to check out in the future. This guide has lots of useful information about the skin and moisturizers so click here to read it. Let me know any of your holy grail skincare products!
